Job Summary
Maintain facility cleanliness by keeping restrooms stocked, sanitizing surfaces, and mopping floors between patient visits. Wipe down cars and spot clean designated areas based on customer needs, while ensuring secured areas remain tidy. Communicate cleaning issues, supply needs, and maintenance concerns directly to the manager. Perform physical tasks including lifting garbage bags, moving recycling bins, and standing for long periods. Requires excellent work ethic, reliable transportation, and the ability to follow instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Custodial experience preferred
- Excellent work ethic and customer service
- Superior attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push/roll recycling bins
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Dependable, Positive and Team Orientated
- Previous Work Experience in Hotel cleaning/housekeeping
- Previous Work Experience in Property management/apartment cleaning
- Previous Work Experience in Janitorial / Custodian
- Previous Work Experience in Restaurant workers
- Previous Work Experience in Grocery Workers

- MMR antibody, Tdap and TB screening
