Keep properties clean and presentable throughout the day by picking up trash, emptying receptacles, and sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces. Clean restrooms, high-traffic areas, exterior doors, windows, and windowsills, while removing debris such as stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti. Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness and report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor. Always use required safety equipment. This full-time day shift role is based at 22815 Victory Blvd., West Hills, CA 91307, with pay of $18.47 per hour.
