Job Summary
Keep properties clean and presentable throughout the day by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces. Pick up trash, empty receptacles, and remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti. Clean restrooms, high-traffic areas, exterior doors, windows, and windowsills. Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness and report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor. Always use required safety equipment. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm at 3943 State St., Santa Barbara, CA, earning $18.00 per hour with weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- A strong communicator in English or Spanish – both written and verbal
- Familiar with using a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) regularly for time keeping and document review
- Enjoys providing friendly customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors
- On your feet throughout the shift
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Walking stairs and large properties regularly

Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work (preferred—but not required!)
