Job Summary
Conduct daily janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces while cleaning restrooms, high-traffic areas, and exterior doors. Remove debris such as stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti, and walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness. Pick up trash, empty receptacles, and report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor. Use required safety equipment throughout the shift, which involves being on your feet, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling while lifting up to 50 lbs. Work Wednesday through Sunday from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm at 968 S Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village, CA.
Required Qualifications
- A strong communicator in English or Spanish – both written and verbal
- Familiar with using a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) regularly for time keeping and document review
- Enjoys providing friendly customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors
- On your feet throughout the shift
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Walking stairs and large properties regularly

Desired Qualifications
