Day Porter duties include keeping the property clean and presentable, picking up trash, sweeping/mopping, cleaning restrooms and high-traffic areas, cleaning exterior doors/windows, removing debris, inspecting cleanliness, and reporting maintenance needs. The role requires reliability, punctuality, ability to work independently, clear communication, physical activity (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs), and comfort with safety procedures; 24 weekly hours, part-time schedule (Wednesday–Monday, 6:00 am–10:00 am) at a Los Angeles location; offers include weekly pay and benefits such as 401(k) with company match and direct deposit.
