Job Summary
Maintain building interiors by dusting, polishing furniture and fixtures, washing surfaces, sweeping, and resupplying restrooms. Remove trash to disposal areas, replace light bulbs, and keep cleaning equipment operational per manufacturer guidelines. Ensure a safe working environment by complying with all procedures and rules. Document cleaning actions and note areas requiring additional care to maintain continuity between shifts. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. This full-time daylight role (Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm) reports to Steffanie Brickner and offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to maintain building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures
- Must be able to wash windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork
- Must be able to sweep, wipe blinds, furniture, and carpeting
- Must be able to resupply restrooms
- Must be able to replace light bulbs
- Must be able to maintain building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash
- Must be able to remove trash from receptacles to the disposal or recycling areas
- Must be able to keep cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines
- Must be able to complete operator repairs and parts replacement
- Must be able to maintain a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Must be able to maintain continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning actions
- Must be able to note areas requiring additional care or monitoring
- Must be able to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Must be available for 2nd Shift
