Day Porter - Full-time - Reseda

A Day Porter position responsible for maintaining clean and orderly common areas of office buildings, apartment houses, or other commercial/institutional facilities. Duties include spot cleaning lobby glass doors, polishing chrome on lobby doors, vacuuming elevator cabs and doors, inspecting exterior and picking up trash, emptying exterior trash receptacles, cleaning restrooms, sweeping and dust-mopping floors, reporting lights and solicitors, patrolling the lobby during high-traffic times, and assisting the building Engineer as needed. Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, safety awareness, and ability to follow instructions while performing tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment for tenants and visitors.
