Day porter- Full time

Maintain common areas of office buildings, apartment houses, or other commercial or institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by spot cleaning lobby glass doors, polishing chrome, vacuuming elevator cabs twice daily, and sweeping stairwells. Inspect building exteriors for trash, empty exterior trash receptacles, and clean restrooms twice daily. Remove debris from landscaped areas, sweep building entrances, and dust mop lobby floors twice daily. Report lights out, solicitors, and unsafe conditions to the Management Office, and police lobbies during high-traffic times to keep floors and planters free of debris. Assist the building Engineer daily per Management discretion.
