Maintain common areas of office buildings and apartment houses in clean and orderly conditions by spot cleaning lobby glass doors, polishing chrome, and vacuuming elevator cabs twice daily. Inspect building exteriors for trash, empty trash receptacles, and clean restrooms twice daily while sweeping stairwells, landings, and building entrances as needed. Remove debris from landscaped areas, dust mop lobby floors twice daily, and polish elevator railings and main lobby call buttons. Report any lights out or solicitors to the Management Office and police lobbies during high-traffic times to keep floors and planters clear. Empty all trash receptacles and assist the building Engineer daily per management discretion.
