Day Porter - Floater

Spot clean lobby glass doors, polish chrome, vacuum elevator cabs twice daily, and empty exterior trash receptacles. Inspect building exteriors, clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor, and sweep stairwells and landings as needed. Report lights out, unauthorized solicitors, and debris to the Management Office. Empty all trash receptacles, vacuum carpeted floors, and dust mop lobby floors twice daily. Assist the building Engineer daily per management discretion. Provide flexible coverage at multiple sites, covering shifts for employees absent due to call-offs, vacations, sick leave, or approved leaves. Adapt quickly to different buildings, schedules, and client expectations while maintaining consistent service quality and professionalism across all assigned locations.
