Job Summary
Clean all public areas to established standards and maintain assigned equipment daily. Assist guests in public spaces as needed and post caution signs when required. Complete deep cleaning projects as assigned and ensure proper storage of tools, chemicals, and equipment. Report any injuries, damage, or missing items to the Public Area Supervisor immediately. Use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. This full-time, first-shift role supports CSG's mission to provide quality cleaning services across hotels, multi-family housing, offices, retail, and universities in the Southwestern United States.
Required Qualifications
- A commitment to delivering high levels of service with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Use appropriate personal Protective Equipment at all times
- Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools and equipment of the Public Area Attendant cleaning industry
- Integrity and capability to work independently
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation
- Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery and be able to stand for long periods of times
- Be able to work in internal/external environments
- Available to work weekends and/ or holidays may be required
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
