Job Summary
Maintain a high standard of excellence by cleaning main entrance glass, emptying trash receptacles, and policing restrooms while restocking products. Dust mullions, windowsills, and light fixtures; vacuum, sweep, and wet mop hard surface floors in the lobby and stairwells. Check common areas, clean elevator cabs, and ensure storage closets remain organized. Report unit maintenance issues, damaged carpets, and inventory shortages to supervisors. Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently while adhering to company mission values. Shift runs Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Janitorial experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, move, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions

- Ability to assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
- Ability to ensure a safe working environment at each site and office

- Ability to work irregular hours
