Job Summary
Maintain a high standard of excellence by cleaning main entrances, emptying trash, policing restrooms, and dusting mullions and windowsills. Dust mop the main lobby, vacuum and sweep hard surfaces, wet mop floors, and walk or police stairwells. Clean elevator cabs, check common areas, and pour water down drains. Report maintenance issues, damaged carpets or furniture, and inventory shortages to supervisors. Ensure a safe working environment by utilizing supplies and equipment efficiently. Work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, move, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
