Day Porter - Central College Campus

Maintain common areas of office buildings and apartment houses by spot cleaning lobby glass doors, polishing chrome, and vacuuming elevator cabs twice daily. Inspect building exteriors for trash, empty exterior receptacles, and clean restrooms twice a day. Sweep stairwells, landings, and building entrances as needed, while dust mopping lobby floors and vacuuming carpets twice daily. Report lights out, solicitors, and unsafe conditions to the Management Office, and police lobbies during high-traffic times to keep floors and planters clear. Assist the building Engineer daily per management discretion.
