Job Summary
Maintain the dealership facility by spot cleaning designated areas, sweeping cigarette butts, and clearing debris from the police parking lot. Perform customer service duties for building occupants, order supplies, and communicate cleaning or maintenance issues to the manager. Handle emergency clean-ups and ensure secured areas remain tidy throughout the day. Shift runs 1pm to 4pm, Thursday through Saturday, with pay of $15 per hour. Requires reliable transportation and ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods. No custodial experience required; ideal for former hotel housekeeping, janitorial, or restaurant workers.
Required Qualifications

- Superior attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push/roll recycling bins
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
