Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and order in facilities by cleaning restrooms, hallways, and common spaces; restock supplies to ensure facilities are well-equipped; monitor and report maintenance issues or safety hazards; assist in setting up and breaking down meeting spaces for events; ensure compliance with safety and health regulations; conduct regular inspections to uphold high cleanliness standards; communicate effectively with team and management to coordinate tasks; support special projects and additional cleaning tasks as needed; weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience considered a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
