Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to children with medical complexities, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator needs, in their homes and schools. Provide specialized hands-on training support for new hires and coordinate with HCNs attending school with clients. Choose flexible weekday nights, weekend days, or weekend nights shifts to match your schedule.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license
- Available for Days Every Sunday 10-hour shift
- Available for Days Every other Monday & Saturdays 10-hour shifts
- Available for Tuesdays 9.5-hour shift
- Available for Weekday Nights (Mon-Fri)
- Available for Weekend Nights (Sat-Sun)
- Available for Weekend Days (Sat-Sun)
