Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to children with medical complexities, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator patients, in their homes and schools. Perform specialized nursing tasks such as trach care, ventilator management, and g-tube maintenance under 24/7 support. This role offers flexible scheduling with 10-hour shifts on Sundays, alternate Mondays, and Saturdays, plus weekday and weekend night bonuses. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license
- Available for Days Every Sunday 10-hour shift
- Available for Days Every other Monday & Saturdays 10-hour shifts
- Available for Tuesdays 9.5-hour shift

- Available for Weekend Nights (Sat-Sun)
- Available for Weekend Days (Sat-Sun)
