Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to children with medical complexities, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator patients, in their homes and schools. Provide specialized hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care while working flexible day, weekend, and night shifts. Choose between Sunday, Monday, or Saturday 10-hour blocks to support families with medically complex kids.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license
- Available for Days Every Sunday 10-hour shift
- Available for Days Every other Monday & Saturdays 10-hour shifts
- Available for Tuesdays 9.5-hour shift
- Available for Weekday Nights (Mon-Fri)
- Available for Weekend Nights (Sat-Sun)
