Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to children with medical complexities in their homes, including clients with g-tubes, trachs, and ventilators. Attend school with clients as needed and provide specialized support for pediatric patients ranging from toddlers to young adults. Complete hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care to ensure safe, impactful service. Work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends with bonus pay options. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license
- Available for Sunday 10-hour shifts
- Available for every other Monday and Saturday 10-hour shifts
- Available for Tuesday 9.5-hour shifts
- Available for weekday nights (Mon-Fri)
- Available for weekend nights (Sat-Sun)
- Available for weekend days (Sat-Sun)
- Ability to attend school with client
- Ability to care for a 6-year-old with a g-tube
- Ability to care for a 2-year-old with a g-tube
- Ability to care for clients with trach
- Ability to care for clients with ventilators
- Ability to care for clients with g-tubes
