Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a 12-year-old client with a g-tube in the comfort of their home. Provide specialized hands-on training support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube management, with no prior experience required. Work 12-hour shifts on specific days including Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and various overnight rotations. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday & Tuesday
- Every other Saturday
- Overnights Every Monday & Every other Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturdays
- Client Specifics: 12-years old with a g-tube
- Pediatric experience is a plus
