Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to children with medical complexities, including those requiring g-tube, trach, and ventilator support, in the comfort of their homes. Provide specialized hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, with 24/7 support from the dedicated team. Work 12-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends, including overnight rotations, with a base hourly rate ranging from $25.00 to $41.00 depending on license and experience. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday & Tuesday days
- Every other Saturday days
- Every Monday & Overnights

- Client Specifics: 12-years old with a g-tube
