Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a 12-year-old client with a g-tube in the comfort of their home. Provide specialized hands-on support for ventilator and trach care as part of our dedicated team. Work 12-hour shifts including weekdays, weekends, and overnight rotations with full training provided. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday & Tuesday
- Every other Saturday
- Overnights Every Monday
- Overnights Every other Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturdays
- Care for 12-years old with a g-tube
- Pediatric experience
