Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a 12-year-old client with a g-tube in the comfort of their home. Provide specialized hands-on support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care with 24/7 backing from the team. Work 12-hour shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and rotating weekends or overnight rotations. Pediatric experience is a plus, but no prior experience is required to start. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday & Tuesday
- Every other Saturday
- Overnights Every Monday & Every other Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturdays
- Client Specifics: 12-years old with a g-tube
- Pediatric experience is a plus
