Deliver personalized, 1:1 care to a 12-year-old client with a g-tube in a home setting. Provide specialized hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care with 24/7 support from the dedicated team. Work 12-hour shifts including weekdays, Saturdays, and overnights to help children with medical complexities thrive at home.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday & Tuesday
- Every other Saturday
- Every Monday & Overnights
- Every other Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturdays
- Client Specifics: 12-years old with a g-tube
- Pediatric experience is a plus
