Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to children with medical complexities, including those with g-tubes, trachs, or ventilators, in the comfort of their homes. Provide specialized hands-on training support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, with no prior experience required. Work 12-hour shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and rotating weekends or overnight rotations, supported by 24/7 team assistance. This role is part of Pediatric Home Service's mission to help kids thrive at home, school, and within their communities since 1990.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday & Tuesday
- Every other Saturday
- Overnights Every Monday & Every other Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturdays
- Client Specifics: 12-years old with a g-tube
- Pediatric experience is a plus
