Job Summary
Deliver personalized, 1:1 care to a 12-year-old client with a g-tube in the comfort of their home. Provide specialized hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care with 24/7 support from the dedicated team. Work 12-hour shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, alternating Saturdays, and overnights on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Earn hourly bonuses for weekday and weekend nights and days, with a sign-on bonus available for full-time night shifts. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday & Tuesday

- Client Specifics: 12-years old with a g-tube
- Pediatric experience is a plus
