Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care for children with medical complexities, including clients with g-tubes, trachs, and ventilators, in the comfort of their homes. Provide specialized hands-on training support for new staff and maintain 24/7 team availability. Work 12-hour shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and alternating weekends, with overnight rotations on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Earn base pay ranging from $25.00 to $41.00 hourly depending on RN or LPN licensure, plus bonuses for night and weekend work.
