Job Summary
Deliver personalized, 1:1 care for a 12-year-old client with a g-tube in the comfort of their home. Provide specialized hands-on training for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care while working 12-hour shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and rotating weekends and overnights. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday & Tuesday
- Every other Saturday
- Overnights Every Monday & Every other Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturdays
- Client Specifics: 12-years old with a g-tube
- Pediatric experience is a plus
