Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care for a 12-year-old patient with a g-tube in the comfort of their home. Provide specialized hands-on training support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, with no prior experience required. Work 12-hour shifts including weekdays, weekends, and overnights, supported by 24/7 team assistance. Earn an up to $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shifts, plus hourly bonuses for weekend and weekday night work. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- 12-hour shifts
- Monday & Tuesday
