Job Summary
Deliver personalized, 1:1 in-home nursing care for children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy, vent, and g-tube management. Provide full-time coverage on day shifts with rotating 8- or 12-hour shifts, or overnight Tuesday through Sunday from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Receive specialized hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care with 24/7 support from the dedicated team. No prior experience is required to begin, though pediatric experience is a plus.
