Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to an 11-year-old client with a g-tube and autism diagnosis in a home setting. Provide specialized hands-on support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care under 24/7 team supervision. Complete flexible day, evening, or overnight shifts ranging from four to twelve hours. No prior experience required; receive comprehensive training to manage medically complex patients safely.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license
- Available for Day & Overnight Shifts
- Available for Saturday & Sunday shifts
- Available for Monday through Friday evening shifts
- Available for Sunday through Wednesday overnight shifts
- Ability to care for an 11-year-old patient with a g-tube and autism diagnosis
- Ability to perform ventilator care
- Ability to perform trach care
- Ability to perform g-tube care
