Job Summary
RNs and LPNs deliver personalized 1:1 in-home pediatric nursing care to children with medical complexities in home settings, including trach, vent, and g-tube. Roles involve caring for one child at a time, flexible scheduling with full-time overnight and rotating day shifts, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, 24/7 team support, and a meaningful, family-centered care experience. Required Qualifications
