Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a 17-year-old client with a g-tube in the comfort of their home. Provide specialized hands-on support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube management as part of our team delivering medical complexities care. Work flexible day or overnight shifts, including 12-hour overnight rotations, with full-time options available. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Valid license (implied by RN or LPN requirement)
- Ability to work Days Full Time hours
- Ability to work Overnight 2 to 3 12-hour shifts
- Availability for flexible days worked
- Availability for flexible nights
- Ability to care for a 17 year old with g-tube
- Ability to care for patients with trach
- Ability to care for patients with ventilators
- Ability to perform ventilator care
- Ability to perform trach care
- Ability to perform g-tube care
- Ability to work 24/7 support environment (implied by shift requirements)
