Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a 17-year-old client with a g-tube in the comfort of their home. Provide specialized hands-on support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care needs. Work flexible day shifts or 12-hour overnight rotations between Monday through Sunday. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Valid license (implied by RN or LPN requirement)
- Ability to work Days Full Time hours
