Job Summary
Provide 1:1 pediatric home health nursing for medically complex children in the home setting. RNs and LPNs deliver specialized care to infants and children with trach, vent, and G-tube needs, with a focus on safe, compassionate, home-based care. Night and weekend 12-hour shifts available, with a flexible scheduling and benefits package. Training is provided to support ventilator, trach, and G-tube care, with 24/7 support from a dedicated team. Sign-on bonus up to $4,000 for full-time nights; additional night and weekend bonuses. Prior pediatric experience is a plus, but heart and willingness to learn are welcomed; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
- Ability to provide 1:1 pediatric home health care
- Willingness to work night shifts (12-hour)
- Training provided for ventilator, trach, and G-tube care
