Job Summary
Deliver personalized 1:1 pediatric home health nursing to children with medical complexities (ventilator, trach, g-tube) in home settings. Role supports flexible scheduling across day/evening/night shifts including weekends; comprehensive training provided in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care with 24/7 team support. RN or LPN license required; base hourly rates reflect RN ($35-$41) or LPN ($25-$31) with sign-on bonus for full-time night shifts; benefits include medical/dental/vision, company-paid life insurance, 401k matching, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota
- Current nursing license
