Job Summary
Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care for children with medical complexities (tra ch, vent, g-tube) across multiple shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Roles available for RN and LPN with flexible scheduling, 24/7 support from a dedicated team, and specialized training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care. Sign-on bonuses up to $4,000 for full-time night shifts; additional night and weekend bonus structure. Training provided; prior pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
