Day/Night Front Office Team Member

Job Summary
Provide quality front office service across day and night shifts at ibis London Blackfriars (Accor) by handling guest check-ins/check-outs, maintaining accurate guest and hotel accounts, and safeguarding credit transactions and guest confidentiality. Maintain clear communication between hotel departments, document internal and guest messages, manage an up-to-date hotel phone list, screen reservations as needed, and actively promote hotel facilities and promotions. Adhere to health, safety, and fire procedures; ensure system integrity and participate in risk assessments. Contribute to guest satisfaction through professional, friendly service, lead by example in customer relations, and pursue selling opportunities to maximize hotel revenue. Prior experience at reception and knowledge of Opera Cloud are preferred but not essential; good organizational skills and teamwork are valued.
