Job Summary
Provide outstanding service at the pay station and promote memberships with integrity, focusing on guests’ needs to drive value and membership growth. Build positive relationships with guests, help them feel welcome, and ensure smooth pay-station operations. Maintain a professional appearance and reflect the ClearWater brand while working a full-time, day-shift schedule (35-40 hours/week) in Katy, TX. Compensation is $13-14 per hour with benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision, and free car washes. Previous sales experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate; outdoor work in varied weather and reliable shift attendance are required.
