Day Habilitation Supervisor

Oversee Day Habilitation programs to ensure compliance with accreditation, auditing, and organizational standards while providing active supervision and instruction of staff in the development and implementation of the CCSP & MCO Plan. Analyze monthly financials, propose modifications, and lead staff to administer programs consistent with licensure and accreditation bodies. Interpret policies, conduct routine staff meetings, and coach personnel to ensure individual goal obtainment and accurate documentation. Represent the program to internal and external stakeholders, persons served, and the community, while assisting with curriculum development, disciplinary actions, and project coordination as assigned.
