Job Summary
The Day Habilitation Specialist facilitates individuals’ independence and inclusion within the community by creating meaningful activities. Responsibilities include completing daily checklists, monthly summaries, and communication sheets, as well as supporting and advocating for individuals in the community. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, OPWDD fingerprint and background clearance, a valid NYS driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a clean driving record. This is a full-time position.
