Ensure health, safety, and welfare of individuals while coordinating transportation to program sites, volunteer training locations, and recreation outings. Supervise Habilitation Specialists, provide onsite training in individual care and record keeping, and manage staff attendance at annual core trainings. Act as a liaison with clinics for speech and occupational services, maintain correspondence with parents and providers, and oversee petty cash distribution and supply ordering. Report, document, and investigate incidents, review billing documents, and approve staff time records to ensure program compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Maintain individual and family confidentiality while assisting in developing programmatic activities and purchasing nutritious snacks. Interview and hire new employees, ensuring all duties align with company values and OPWDD regulations.
