Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a 21-year-old client with a vent and g-tube in Mankato. Provide specialized, hands-on training support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube management, with no prior pediatric experience required. Work flexible shifts including Fridays through Sundays, every other Saturday and Sunday, and Thursday through Sunday rotations. Earn up to a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night roles, plus hourly bonuses for weekday, weekend, and weekend day shifts. Join a supportive team offering 24/7 assistance, medical/dental/vision coverage, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Valid license (implied by RN/LPN requirement)
- Ability to work Days Friday-Sunday (8-12 hour shifts)
- Ability to work Evenings: Every other Saturday & Sunday (4-6 hour shifts)
- Ability to work Overnights: Thursday-Sunday (9-12 hour shifts)
- Willingness to learn ventilator, trach, and g-tube care
