Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a 21-year-old client in Mankato with a vent and g-tube, utilizing specialized training for ventilator, trach, and g-tube management. Provide daily support for medically complex children in their homes across day, evening, and overnight shifts, with flexible scheduling options including Friday through Sunday and rotating weekend days.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Valid license (implied by RN/LPN requirement)
- Ability to work Friday-Sunday shifts
- Ability to work every other Saturday & Sunday evenings
- Ability to work Thursday-Sunday overnights
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
- Ability to work 4-6 hour shifts
- Ability to work 9-12 hour shifts
- Ability to care for a 21-year-old client
- Ability to care for clients with ventilators
- Ability to care for clients with G-tubes
- Ability to care for clients with trachs
- Ability to work in Mankato, MN
