Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a 21-year-old client with a vent and g-tube in Mankato. Provide specialized hands-on training support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube management. Work flexible shifts including Fridays through Sundays, every other Saturday and Sunday, and Thursday through Sunday rotations. Earn up to a $4,000 sign-on bonus plus hourly incentives for weekday and weekend night work. Join a team offering 24/7 support, medical/dental/vision benefits, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Valid license (implied by RN/LPN requirement)
- Ability to work Friday-Sunday shifts
- Ability to work every other Saturday & Sunday evenings
- Ability to work Thursday-Sunday overnights
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
- Ability to work 4-6 hour shifts
- Ability to work 9-12 hour shifts
- Ability to care for a 21-year-old client
