Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a 21-year-old client with a vent and g-tube in Mankato, MN. Provide specialized hands-on support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube management with 24/7 team backing. No prior pediatric experience required; specialized training covers all necessary skills. Flexible scheduling includes day, evening, and overnight shifts with bonus structures for nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license
- Available for Days Friday-Sunday (8-12 hour shifts)
- Available for Evenings: Every other Saturday & Sunday (4-6 hour shifts)
- Available for Overnights: Thursday-Sunday (9-12 hour shifts)
- Ability to care for a 21-year-old client with a vent and g-tube
- Ability to work 1:1 care
- Ability to work in Mankato, MN
