Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to a 21-year-old client with a vent and g-tube in Mankato. Provide specialized hands-on training support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube management. Work flexible schedules including Friday-Sunday days, alternating Saturday-Sunday evenings, and Thursday-Sunday overnight shifts. Earn up to $4,000 sign-on bonus and additional hourly incentives for night and weekend work. Join Pediatric Home Service since 1990, where no prior pediatric experience is required but compassion is essential.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Valid license (implied by RN/LPN requirement)
- Ability to work Friday-Sunday shifts
- Ability to work every other Saturday & Sunday evenings
- Ability to work Thursday-Sunday overnights
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
- Ability to work 4-6 hour shifts
- Ability to work 9-12 hour shifts
- Ability to care for a 21-year-old client
- Ability to care for clients with ventilators
- Ability to care for clients with G-tubes
- Ability to care for clients with trachs
- Ability to work in Mankato, MN
