Job Summary
Provides cleaning and maintenance for the school site: cleans classrooms, offices, hallways, entryways, restrooms, and other common areas; dusts and sanitizes surfaces; performs specialized cleaning such as stripping and waxing floors; conducts minor building maintenance (bulb replacement, furniture repair, basic repairs to plumbing/heating/electrical equipment); sets up tables, chairs, bleachers, and other equipment for community use and school events; adheres to health and safety codes (OSHA); must have a High School diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and be able to lift 50 lbs and climb an 8-foot ladder or reach up to 12 feet; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–1 pm (5 hours/day, 25 hours/week).
