Job Summary
Coordinate day services for adults with cognitive and mental health disabilities by assisting with self-care, including medication administration, meal preparation, and transportation. Plan and facilitate community integration events and outings while following individual service plans. Maintain a valid driver's license and lift up to 50 lbs to support consumer transport and daily activities. Work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with every other weekend off. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Acceptable Background Character Verification
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record for consumer transport
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to twist, turn, squat, bend, reach, pull, push from high/low position, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit (chair and floor), climb stairs, and use hands and fingers
- Communicate basic English
- Basic reading, writing, and internet navigation skills
- Experience with adults with disabilities
